I did a quick scan of your Home Page. Stephen King's book On Writing, which I've read, and used to recommend when I was a literary critic: Yes, excellent reference book for anyone who would like to write better than he (could be a she) does. I hope many others drop by your Home Page, pick up that title and use it... and go on to read some of your writing, too.

Thanks for responding, HackerX. I am currently using OpenOffice, so the methodology may or may not be all that different. But, at least I know now what it is you did. Anyways, I'll figure it out. Thanks again.

Your method is clean and concise. May I ask what software you use? Furthermore, could you inform me as to how you make annotations like that? It would be helpful.

I've been meaning to share this site with you for awhile, but I've only just now dug it out of my bookmarks. Apologies.

In addition to the link, there are some great articles on this site for promotion, production, self publishing, etc. Hopefully you'll find something helpful here.

I'm unsure as to whether this query remains open, but have you tried writer's groups? Are you sharing samples or a finished draft?
