A Glass of Water to 16 Personality Types!

Hi

I hope this hasnt been posted before, but I thought its interesting:

INTJ thinks: Glass is made from silicon dioxide, heated to a temperature of ...

INTP: The glass _is_ full -- half water, half air!

ENTP: Voila! 0.157 litres of dihydrogen oxide, prepared by micro-gnomes.

ENTJ: Hey! This is a beer glass, not a water glass!

INFJ: This glass of water is a metaphor for my life.

INFP: But look! A crystalline vessel, filled with shimmering, life-giving nectar!

ENFP: Whooeee! Water fight!

ENFJ: There's more than enough for friends to share.

ISFJ thinks: I bet my friend would like to have some water right now ...

ISFP (Holds up glass of water, tilts it from side to side, wiggles finger in it, licks finger, grins slightly, moves on.)

ESFP: There's a glass of water! You know, it's healthy to drink a lot of water! Why, I remember when I was growing up, we used to ...

ESFJ: I can't believe someone would leave this dirty glass out here! Clean up this mess right now!

ISTJ: It's half empty now, and it wouldn't surprise me if it dried up completely.

ISTP: So? It's water. Big deal!

ESTP: You call that a glass of water? Why, back where I come from, ...

ESTJ: Hey! Whose job was it to fill up this glass?

I understood all the ones with NT/NF and thought they were pretty accurate... but... not the S's. ><

*Note to self: Read more about S types*

Hahaha...when I read your thread title, the first thing that came to mind was two parts hydrogen, one part oxygen.

ESFJ - My mom is one, and that makes perfect sense to me lol.

ESTJ - one of my good friends is one, and that fits pretty well too.

All the NT and NF ones are right on as far as I can tell.

The water is clean, but the glass is dirty. I want a new one...

if the glass is dirty on the inside, then it is contaminating the water :(

I liked ENTP especially. They all seem fairly accurate as far as i can tell.

Yeah. The water was once clean. Now it's become shit. Thank you, world...

the ISFP one, that's my mom.. She'd totally do that. She'd think she was being sexy.

I wanted to say that the INFP one was bullshit, but now that I think of it maybe it's actually not that far off.

I'm reading a bio of Ben Franklin (ENTP), and he actually used glasses (jars) of water to essentially create early electrical batteries. This was before his kite experiment.

By this I am apparently an INTP. Hehe love INTP and ENFP. The ESFJ one is so true- I get "Clean up this mess right now!" yelled at me daily.

This is great. It made me think of at least one person I know of every type saying or thinking these things, and it's all so true!

Hmm, I've never got the glass 1/2 full thing. There is no discernible difference between 1/2 full and 1/2 empty, why spend any time evaluating the responses to something so meaningless. I believe '1/2 full' is an indicator of positive attitude, while '1/2 empty' supposedly indicates a negative disposition - why?? The more I think about it, 1/2 empty sounds like an excuser as in "Oh come on, don't reject it, it's only 1/2 empty", while it could also be said "What?! you've not finished pouring, my pint of Guinness is 1/2 full".
