  1. Anxious introversion If you’re an anxious introvert, you feel painfully self-conscious around other people, especially strangers. When you enter a room, you feel like everyone is watching you. It takes you a while to overcome the shyness you feel around new people. Sometimes you feel so frazzled that you have to leave the group and be by yourself. Even when you’re with friends, you feel uneasy and alone. You worry that your secret thoughts and feelings would horrify your family and friends. Disappointment or defeat make you feel anger and shame, but you try not to show it.

  3. You are in a perpetual quest to find the new, the exciting. Emotionally volatile, you are known for sudden changes of opinion, of appreciation, and behavior. Following rules and established methods is difficult for you and the difficulties of higher education are usually quite daunting. Knowledge is best gained through an intimate association with the matter at hand. Usually driven by attitudes and desires of the group, you are talented in an established field of endeavor. Emotions come and go without a strong understanding of their causes. They are unexpected guests in an otherwise placid landscape. You live by your own codes of conduct, which can be noble or terrible depending on the individual. Authority is meaningless to you. You hate to be predictable, at all costs. Rarely verbally effusive, you can at times feel as if your feelings are too deep for words. You are very observant, but rarely express these observations to others.
  4. You got 34 of 72 possible points. Your score: 47 % Social Anxiety Disorder Very Probable Scores in this range are typical of persons entering treatment for the generalized type of Social Anxiety Disorder.

  6. The Law Abider You scored 39% empathic, 24% delusional, 33% sociable, and 33% law-abiding! You aren't particularly empathic and you might be prone to manipulating people, but at least you follow the law. Instead of your ties to society keeping you in like, you're controlled by your fear of legal retribution. You do have some limits on your behavior at least, though. You're probably not a psychopath.
  7. ADD score: 25 (13+12) OCD score: 8
  8. Let's say we're talking about a severe disability - like being paralyzed from the neck or the waist down, or an illness/disease that would severely impact the quality of the persons life and their ability to take care of themselves. Do you think guilt is fair-enough (both to yourself and to the other person) reason to stick around? Do you think your ideals/beliefs would be enough to carry you through all of the difficulties and the burdens that a decision to stay would most likely bring with it in this situation?
  9. I recently stumbled upon an article about a woman who, right before her wedding, ends up as a quadriplegic (her friend pushes her into the pool which leaves her paralyzed, form the neck down, I believe). She was talking about how, even though she was now paralyzed, manages to maintain a healthy sex life (breaking the stigma that disabled people aren't sexual or can't be sexy, as she puts it). Her (now) husband stayed with her through the whole thing and they seem quite happy together. Question that got me thinking, and that I pose to you - would you, in similar circumstances (your partner ends up paralyzed/disabled) still chose to stay with the person? Why or why not?

  14. This. Love at first sight seems like superficial, idealistic bs to me dreamt up by people who are in love with the concept of romantic love. But this is just my take on it.
