Of course! I've always wanted to travel in space.

Do you wear hats?

What source of energy, besides fossil fuels, seems to hold the most promise to you?

Solar energy. Don't know why. There's something to it, I know it.

I've got tons of hats, of all different styles... I wanted to buy another one last night but mom said it looked odd on me.

What source of energy would you chose to power your house if you could choose from any of them out there?

Definately some kind of generator that worked on all the trash my family throws away. Please tell me that exists!!

Which do you prefer; house or apartment?

I wear (generally solid color) baseball caps in the summer, to keep the sun out of my eyes, and warm hats in the winter. And a cowboy hat for when I'm feeling crazy =D

I think nuclear power should be used a lot more than it is (most of the fear about it is completely irrational,) but for small scale power (such as my home,) solar is definitely the best, and getting better all the time.

I'm afraid that trash-burning power creates unbelievable amounts of air pollution.

Apartment. I loathe yard work.

Same question.

Ha! I'm looking at condos in the future... No desire to do yard work or try and figure out maintenance on the house.

Would you like property on a lake or ocean front?

It depends where. I currently have ocean front in PR but might trade it for a nice lake front property in the right place.

Would you prefer a tropical climate or one with seasons?

As much as I complain about the snow... I would certainly miss seasons... It's incredibly beautiful to watch the changing of leaves and then watching the trees grow leaves back .

I love the rain. So, I'll take any climate that has rain in excessive amounts.

Are you afraid of thunder storms?

Seasons. Love winter, hate heat, hate humidity, love bundling up on cold days.

I *adore* thunder storms. I love being in them. It's such an... enlivening thing.

What type of weather is your favorite; why?

Seasons or Tropical:
I would probably prefer seasons if the really cold months are short enough.

Weather: I suspect the weather of the US west coast might actually appeal to me, though I would certainly miss just being able to go to the beach for a little while on a whim any time in the year.

Have you ever been camping / backpacking by yourself? Would you do it?

I haven't done it, no. I *sort* of backpacked around Europe for 6 weeks my myself, with a backpack, but I stayed at hostels rather than camp sites, so not really the same thing. If I could do it in any area where the only dangers were natural ones, it's something I'd love to try.

You?

Inductive or deductive economics?

I think inductive is more appropriate, but that there is a place for both. Using deductive sometimes gets you too caught up in the theoretical, I think, rather than the practical.

Would you rather write a great poem, or a great play?

A great play. A great play can be adapted, made into a movie.... etc.. There's so much potential in a great play.

And you?

A play; same reasons you gave. Besides, I don't like poetry very much, even the best.

The age-old question: Pirates or ninjas?

Ninjas. Not having all your body parts is not cool, no matter what people say =/

What academic subject would you be most willing to forget everything you know about?

None. They all have some value to me. But if I had to choose... uh...no. I can't choose.. I like them all in some way.

Are you particular about the cleanliness of your kitchen?

I would never destroy the entire human race for money. Or kill an innocent.

And since jazzy did a total cop-out:

Well, I really don't know enough about history, and losing that would probably have the least effect on my daily life. Mind you, I'd immediately start learning it again, but more thoroughly this time around

Of all the topics that I actually know something about, I'd probably lose Chemistry. I need to re-learn a lot of it anyway...

If you could instantly master one academic subject, to the graduate student level, what would it be?

(The reason I wouldn't pick one of the sciences is the level of inconvenience until I re-learned it. All sciences have such value in daily life, even if it's just a basic knowledge of them)

I would want instant knowledge of math. It's the one thing that takes an incredible amount of effort from me, and it's a little worrying, since I need it for the subjects in which I'm concentrating.

Same question.
