I think I'm too self conscious. I'd never feel comfortable. Now, if they hooked me up with a trainer and he whipped me into shape maybe. Unless it was a foot model, I have some pretty cute little feet.

Dark brown.

Ever dyed your hair(or altered the color in any way)? If so, details, please!

yes, it's been a lot of different colors over the years, at this point I'm sticking to my natural brown. But it ranged from very blond highlights, to bright red, to maroon to blue-black. I look best when my hair is brown, but i like to experiment.

when you get pissed do you go mum or do you yell?

Silent as the grave. I can't remember the last time I yelled out of anger...

What I wouldn't give to go off on a cursing rampage right now.... For working in a college there sure are some ignorant non-observant people here..... Unfortunately when I get really angry I usually get destructive... Punch pillows...shred paper...

I'm vocal (no yelling) but I carefully explain what ticks me off, however it takes me a while to decide whether or not I'm being rational and crystalize whether I should be upset with the person or I'm just having a bad day. Once I decide that I have a rational reason to be upset, if I call someone out and they deny it, then I get silent.

Annoyance: when I know that I understand the situation but they attempt to convince me otherwise.

What was the last thing that pissed you off?

People at work... I will be glad when I am off this committee... I don't ever want to have to read another nomination form again.... People are completely blind to what a person really does... It's ridiculous.

What do you do when you get angry? (hide off somewhere, eat, sleep...)

Ummm, it depends, i definitely prefer to be alone. i don't need to talk about it, outside of initial venting. i get over things as long as I can have my alone time, otherwise I get angrier when someone tries to talk to me about the problem immediately. it's like i have to cope with it in my mind before I'm ready to accept an apology of any kind.

First I stew for a while. If I'm still angry, and they are a person that I care about my relationship with, I then tell them why I am angry with them, and see how they react. If I do not care about my relationship with them, I often terminate it.

What do you do when you encounter a word that you do not know?

Depends on the context - if it's important (for school, or something like that), I'll look it up, and the same if it's something that really interests me. Otherwise, I'll try to figure it out from the context, and maybe make a mental note to watch for other occurrences of it. (Interesting question; I'd never really considered that before.)

How many people do you know who can "read" your emotional state?

None, that I know of. My mother comes closest, but she still gets it wrong half the time.

Same question.

Ummm, hard to tell. i take to suggestion sometimes. I think I'm hard to read because sometimes I don't know exactly what i'm feeling. There is a coctail of different emotions and by pointing out just one you get the wrong picture. however, when someone calls me out on it, I tend to admit to it if they get part of it right. naturally, this breeds misunderstandings, so people who understand me best are the ones who don't try to jump to conclusions but let me sort of just blabber on.

Do you want someone to be able to read you?

In the ideal romantic relationship, the women I was with would grow more and more able to read me, and I her, as time went on. I would be somewhat bothered, though, if anyone could do it right off the bat.

What is the nerdiest thing that you've ever done? (Using whatever definition of nerdy seems appropriate to you.)

I modified a RickRollr firefox extension because I was bored on a Friday night and I wanted it to do a better job of displaying the video and I got it singing Private Eyes instead..

I wrote a Java applet to aid me in running a Dungeons & Dragons campaign. That's like, two for one of nerdiness. =D

What's the "preppiest" thing that you've ever done? (Again, defining the word in the way you typically use it.)

That's about as preppy as I can get.

What is the most boring event you ever had to attend?

Do you have a stuffed animal?

Most boring events were some of my classes. If that doesn't count, then mass back when I was attending church, or various graduation ceremonies.

I have many stuffed animals. Granted, they are all left over from a much earlier age, but I see no reason to get rid of them. I actually used them for comfort as late as age 18 (in the year after my father died.) My favorite is my stuffed giraffe that I got at age... 3 days. His name is Giraffy.

My take is that it's definitely happening, and that there is a good chance that mankind has something to do with it. It's possible that it's merely part of a natural cycle, but it's much preferable that we assume that human beings are part of the problem, work to correct that, and be wrong, that that we assume that it is not part of the problem, and be wrong.

Aww, cute.

There was a van, ( literally) a van full of stuffed animals. Knew them all by name. The van sat in someone's driveway for years, the van got towed... or something like that. My favourite was a rabbit named Tuppy. ( She's gone now... *sniffle*)

I have two luggage bags full of stuffed animals now. Most I let my brother play with. Three are mines and mines only. Columbo the bear, Bluebear the bear, and Midnight the chimp. ( Columbo's my sweetheart.)

What is your favourite hobby of all?

I'm not sure. I sure wish that "warming" part would hit my area a bit faster.

On a serious note... I do think we need to find better sources of energy... Definitely think we are due for an upgrade.

Favorite hobby is baseball. Always has been. Pretty sure dad put a baseball bat in my hands at 3.

My favorite hobby is reading.

I would want to walk on the moon, but I'm not sure I'd be willing to go to a lot of trouble for it. If someone said, "Hey, we're heading up to the Moon for the weekend, want to tag along?", sure. I wouldn't go through years of training for it, though. =/

What source of energy, besides fossil fuels, seems to hold the most promise to you?
