Hello, kind souls and masterminds. Could you help me?!

I have this very fun English assignment, where I need to imitate Jefferson's formal, logical style to create my own "Declaration of Independence". The topics can be from "salt/pepper", "night/day" "good/evil"...you know, how the colonists broke off from George the III? Basically you rewrite the Declaration, and I chose the topic of Stephen Colbert vs. Jon Stewart. And in this case, I am demanding separation for Colbert against Stewart.

Now, I'm having a little trouble thinking of grievances against Stewart...could you guys help me a little? Here is an example of grievances in the Declaration (He is of course referring to the King, in my case it will be Stewart):

He has refused his Assent to Laws, the most wholesome and necessary for the public good.

He has forbidden his Governors to pass Laws of immediate and pressing importance, unless suspended in their operation till his Assent should be obtained; and when so suspended, he has utterly neglected to attend to them.....etc etc

Thank you!!

Colbert had plenty to complain about after Stewart's shifting support during this now-classic mock feud:
