Encouragement. Offering those warm words that make people feel all comforted and secure, particularly when we are unimpressed with the person who needs encouragement. I suspect that in this arena... we may quite possibly relatively suck.

Realizing that emotions in and of themselves are not illogical, it's just the decisions that result from them that often are. Seriously though, emotions make perfect sense, they're instinctual responses to situations that are sometimes useful.
