Actually, it does, at least in many cases; however in the US it's become a custom to remove said penis bank vault door shortly after birth.

Also, do men really experience involuntary erections around 6 times a day, or even more often? Can some other men either confirm or deny this?

Wtf?

Are you serious?...

---------- Post added 06-15-2012 at 02:55 AM ----------

I guess everyone else is having way more erections than I do...

huh...

Fucking weird.

@Muse: women might just react more wildly to the same sensations.

I can find nothing out of the ordinary mentioned in relation to erection control etc. Pretty standard stuff, I don't know why any women should be surprised. The ones who have been in a relationship and spent a single day with their SO should have noticed.

I've been in relationships and have spent all day/night with men before, but I don't see them getting 6+ erections a day unless we were seeking them on purpose. I also don't spend all my time staring at/recording the changes of men's crotch, so there's that.

I knew of course that spontaneous pop ups happen, but I was surprised that it was that much.

Spontaneous erections six times a day? And everyone is in on this? Are you all going through puberty here, or what's the deal?

Yeah right. Well the tag at the top does say virgins. And we all know virgins get a hard on if the wind blows in the general direction. Or the guys here just aren't getting any , but even then, it sounds excessive.

I do not get involuntary erections six times a day. Matter of fact, I'm struggling to remember the last one.

(I don't get voluntary erections six times a day.)

Sleeping ejections excluded you can control it and know why it is happening. When you see an attractive person and start day dreaming about them and notice the flag's at half-mast. You can change your train of thought and the problem is usually solved.

What about wearing briefs for extra support and containment?

Not all, in fact most, are not raging hard-ons. It does change as one ages or is involved in a mind blowing sexual relationship that gives one plenty to think about/remember. They range from "Um, think I'm a bit stiff" to "This fucking hurts."

Yeah, I definitely do not get six involuntary erections a day. I don't even wake up with morning wood or anything like that even on the majority of days.

I'll get the odd involuntary bit stiff 40% one when my mind wanders and I think about sex or just cause but it doesn’t happen on a daily basis and I can't remember the last notable time it really happened.

Do any other men find they have some type of unusual manstrul cycle, wherein they have a period in the month where they just don't feel all that sexual, and then maybe three or four days when they literally want to

These are the days, maybe occurring every two months or so, that I'll find myself hard at inopportune times (work, church, etc).

^I have heard of this phenomenon. In fact, I recall someone even setting a day he could predict would be the worst, like day 45 or something, (kinda like the mysterious Day 14 for the wimmenz)

Sent an impromptu survey to many of my thirty-something real life male friends. None of them get involuntary woodies six times a day and all of them haven't had this problem since they were hormonal teenagers.

Twelve of them of which the word 'friend' is used loosely. Some are close friends, others contacts.

A dozen is good enough for me, baker or otherwise, so..........personally I don't feel sorry for the stiff breeze since it gets pretty steamy under the hood too.....

Wha?

I haven't had an involuntary boner since high-school. Not that I have some sort of magical mind-control over mah junk or anything, but in everyday life (like being at work or being out with friends)... I can't recall ever popping wood.

I could say that "I'm sure you made them feel perfectly comfortable"; but I just don't know you well enough. Perhaps you just hang out with guys who have erectile dysfunction?

I'm going to send out this survey to some of my online male friends. Curious to know how often they experience it.

None of my exes appeared to have this problem either but I should email the ones I'm still in contact with to confirm, lol!
