I missed it too, it's been raining for 3 days here in formerly-sunny San Diego.

I saw bits and pieces of it. We were outside from about 11 PM to 1 AM at this little park in the middle of nowhere. Too much cloud cover to see it really well, though, and I was so drunk that I'm still surprised I was standing on my own XD

Actually lunar eclipses are supposed to be fairly common, just not necessarily visible from where you live..

The table below lists every lunar eclipse thru 2015. Durations are given for both partial and total (in bold) phases. Click on the eclipse Calendar Date to see a map and diagram of an eclipse. Click on the Region of Eclipse Visibility to see a detailed description of an eclipse.

I'm tired.
I'll also be disappearing to Fiance's family's house for Christmas (that's right, we STILL haven't been hitched). We're announcing the official date. I'm pretty excited, in an apathetic sort of way.

not when it can't be seen from where i live and i'm too lazy and had a house full of people to drive outside the city where it wouldn't have mattered because we've had too much cloud cover the last few days anyway.
