Why don't you like that song? Any particular reason?

It felt it was necessary to ease the tension and at least partially relevant :P

Because in it he sings about how he doesn't need the woman to be clever or a decent conversationalist, he wants her just the way she is, so basically she's an unintelligent bimbo who is best off not speaking.

Yeah I don't really like that line about "I don't want clever conversation" either, that one makes me feel a little uneasy when I sing it. I went to a religious school and I was in all the choirs so I'm used to singing stuff I don't believe though...

I DO want clever conversation though :P

I didn't go to Catholic schools (though my family is Catholic), but I was in choruses, too, and so am also used to singing stuff I don't believe in. I love singing religious music because a lot of it is beautiful. But my singing is not limited to Christianity/Catholicism. One of my favorite songs to sing is Hebrew.

p.s. Soy tacos with mashed beans (as opposed to refried), red, green, and yellow bell peppers, and corn are delicious!

I didn't say I was going to eat them... Just that I was going to take them.

I couldn't possibly eat all the junk that people bring here straight away... I save most of it.

Yeah we didn't just sing religious songs at school either, a broad range. Now that I think back, I did a lot of singing. The College Choir (years 7 - 12) had about 150 voices in it, Soprano, Alto, Tenor, Bass, and rehersed once a week. The Chamber Choir (years 10 - 12) was the elite group, a subset of the college choir, just tenors and bases (it was an all boys private school) met twice a week at least, sung about 30 songs in a year, at least one concert every month and had about 30 voices. I was in both... So, a lot of singing. I'm starting to get a bit nostalgic about it actually. Theres nothing quite like singing in 4 or 8 part harmony in a choir (assuming everyone else is competent)

aww, reckful... you have no idea how much i appreciate being showered with food. even the calorie-loaded kinds; i need the fuel.

it would be nice if i had some vitamins to go with the calories, because i'm pretty sure i'm deficient in just about all of them, but i'll take what i can get. =p
