I always thought she was an ENFP. Songs like 'Don't Let me get me', 'Leave me alone (I'm lonely)', 'Family portrait', 'Stupid girls' and 'Dear Mr President' kind of prove she's an NF.

Do ENFP's normally have that tomboyish charm? She could be ENTP as well, or even ENTJ. Not too NT though.

I would guess ENFP just from what little I know of her.

I think it is a bad idea to judge an artist on his or her songs. Even *if* he/she wrote them, it's not necessarily indicative of actual type. For instance, when I write, my writing is very personal and evokes a lot of emotion in people. It's not what I intend, but it is what happens. That's my outlet, and could hold true for others. Given what I have known of her from media, she's possibly an N. She doesn't exactly seem to care about tradition or norms -- but that could be an SP as well.

Some months ago I grew fond of guessing Anime/fiction characters with an acquaintance. We came to the conclusion that trying to guess types for real people is useless not only because people wear "masks" (Jung coined the term "Persona" for that), but because a real person is something very dynamic that changes often, many times according to circumstance. However, we tried to guess what the real type of someone was based on our perceptions of their goals, or rather, what is their main motivation in life. We called that the main persona, which gives the "orders" to the other ones. Something like the deepest layer of a human being. In this case Pink would seem to be an NF, even though by her behavior/demeanor she seems more of a SP NT mix.

Yes I think it is true you have to be careful typing people like musicians by their art because they create an image deliberately and their songs may not express exactly who they are. This is true of me also. Statements I make in my songs do not necessarily relate to my own life for instance and tend to be exaggerated so can't be taken literally. Also the songs I write for my band and the songs I write as an individual are different because in the band I am catering for, or collaborating with another personality type and our ideas merge together to form something else that represents both of us.

However despite that I believe someone could still type me by my songs alone. Even though I write slightly differently in different situations there is still the same fundamental base to what I write which represents me somehow. I generally always write fairly dark ideas in a minor key, often discordantly, write very symbolic, open minded lyrics, and have a driven, organized aspect to the structure of the song. They tend to follow my mood as a person because I don't like songs that are in disagreement with it. So they are more fused with me because they are part of my visionary nature. So I think someone could figure out I am INTJ. But I have noticed with other musicians that they are less concerned about this and are able to act more out of character. So yeah, you have to keep this in mind.
