I think its a pretty narrow perspective that confines art to the likes of painting and music. INTJs are notorious for their capacity to translate an idea into something real; it may not always be something "artistic" themed, but if realizing your ideas is not art, I don't know what is.

I lived in a different world during my teenage years- in my head. This was due to a lack in real life friendships. When I entered college, slowly I spent more time outside of my brain. Now, I imagine in intervals. There are periods in which I imagine a lot, and others, not at all. I also use my imagination time-to-time to help me understand concepts and theories I'm trying to grasp. I love art, so it's a given that the imagination will be used to replay music videos, showcase paintings, and/or create movies of my own.

If I can figure it out in my head using reason and imagination, I try to do so before I get out of my chair to do it.
When it comes to fun, when with another INTJ and having a good time our imagination can take us to far off amazing and unlikely places. |
