Ok you meet someone and then find out he-she has some healt issues that can/would compromise the quality of life in the future for both or specially the children. You could find out BEFORE dating, what do you do? step aside? do you discriminate? or do you make a choice (very diff as discrimination, and if so, how do you feel about it? is it difficult for you?).
- Health issues due to lack of caring -> Present health issues where health is not the problem, but the attitude of not taking care of their body.
- Present health issues -> Cancer, HIV, some forms of diabetes, leukemia, etc.
- Hereditary health issues -> tumours, diabetes, fafmiliar history of blindness (glaucoma)

Well healthy people tend to be more "attractive" for others.
1.As for me, lack of caring woman, no go.
2.I see no reason to even consider dating someone with health issues.
Why a assume a burden, you can avoid by simply picking another person?
I want my offspring to have a good/healthy mother and gene pool.
3. Depends, it's hard to determine the morbidity of one person's descendant from family health history. it's a 50/50 there.
I am no Mother Teresa nor intend to be. I leave that to others with better heart.
