I happened to click on a member's Profile Page (the one with the VM?) yesterday. This is what I saw. Details removed for obvious reasons.


	[Username] Veteran Member Join Date xx-xx-xxxx Total Posts xxx Type xxxx -DESERTED-

I am curious how the word "-DESERTED-" came about. Was it added by the Mods and if so, how do they know that a person has deserted the forum?

That text is part of the user's Personal Text as editable in Options within the UserCP. As to how it came about - the user had to edit his options to include it.
