As long as the forum isn't being used to traffic personal information for this purpose (which would violate Rule #6) then i assume whatever happens in Canada stays in Canada. Witch hunts have a long history of atrocity though.

There is the case of Dennis Markuze who electronically stalked numerous atheist bloggers for years. He lived in Montreal while most of his targets lived in the United States. Eventually, he was arrested.

Strawman since no one has suggested such. If anything, I find the dragging in of personal information from external sources to be abhorrent.
