Is there such a thing of not being concious AT ALL for a few seconds but yet still concious, Objects mysteriously disappearing????
Ok, I got done cleaning my room and went back to return my moms radio. When plugging it back and resetting it etc, I noticed the batteries were missing but I JUST used it and had they fell out I would of noticed. So, I looked all around her room and all around where I had it incase I kicked them somewhere but no batteries found. Only the cover that holds them were found in her room so logically I'm thinking: well the batteries should be in..her room right? Turns out they were in the drawer in the bathroom but I DID NOT put them there and I was home alone at the time so no one else could of. So it made me think: Is there a ghost in my house (most likely not but hey), Did I actually put them in there but was not concious in doing so, what will cause an object to mysteriously move somewhere else!? I also googled this strange phenomenon and others have had the same experiences. I'm not all sciency but, would if the atoms of a small object can relocate themselves because they're so small? Basically teleport. If its possible it would have to be an extremely rare occurrence. Of course someoe wouldn't notice it. Someone who dabbles in physics help me out...tell me where my mind is at. I only have a few possible explanations but I dont feel like listing them. |

How do you know that the batteries you found are the exact ones that were previously in the radio. Could they not just be another set of identical ones?
If they are the exact same batteries you were probably just on autopilot. You can't remember every single second of every single day, can you? The brain often forms incorrect memories as well. It fills in the blanks a lot. You are sure you didn't put the batteries there, but that could just be a faulty memory. Tell 10 people 1 story, ask them to retell it a week later and you'll get 10 different versions of the same basic story. As for teleporting particles, it's true that small particles can "teleport". They have no definite position until it is measured. However, there's around 10^23 atoms in a AA battery so the odds of all of those atoms "teleporting" to the same place at the same time are so low it's essentially impossible. |

What do you keep in the bathroom drawer? Something you use, like a toothbrush, comb, anything that you might use and not really "think" about using? How many different things did you have on your mind to do that day? I am always putting things where they do not go when I have a lot on my mind. Milk in the cupboard, cereal in the microwave, car keys in the refrigerator. Our bodies are on auto-pilot, but our minds do not register what is in our hands.

This reality works on probability according to Quantum Physics, eventhough homo sapiens sensory systems can't generally pick it up in the non-experimental context of everyday living.
Consciousness has levels of awareness. Ghosts are quite limited in their interaction with physical matter. The most likely explanation from a statistical perspective of probability is that your personal awareness level was fluctuating. The numbers would change, for example, if a similar event happened at a grave yard with a history of paranormal activity, or a house where there is a history of objects being affected. |

Next we'll be doctoring audio footage beyond recognition and calling it an EVP. |
