Do we all do that? LOL

Such a stereotype for the "evil mastermind"... But I plead guilty - I've been doing it since I was a small child! It am especially prone to doing that when "a plan comes together"... when "all the pieces I had in mind begin to fit-in".

Why do people do that anyhow?

I like doing it whilst saying, "yess, YESSS," with a large grin and evil eyes.

Nope. When a plan succeeds I turn my back and walk off since its not a problem for me anymore.

What are you talking about? We INTJ's clearly never show emotions.

I mainly keep a blank face when I see something that I did that succeeds or fails. Regular people shouldn't be able to analyze and have knowledge of my emotions.

Because there's no one to hi-five or fist bump.

But I do occasionally have a stupid grin on my face.

I am guilty of rubbing my hands at the accomplishment of my projects.

Guilty of this as well.

My INFP coworker says I do it when I am about to do something "mean". ( Meaning something sneaky )

Why do people do that anyhow?

As for the why, I know that babies have a tendency to clap hands when they're happy; maybe, the rubbing is some sort of left over behavior from infancy.

When I rub my hands together, it's usually in anticipation (looking forward to doing it) than in contentment or satisfaction (the accomplishment).

I knew an INTJ who did that all the time. Honestly, it looked a bit silly to me. I don't believe I've ever done it myself. I'm more likely to crack my knuckles, neck, shoulders, wrists or any part of me that seems "crackable" and appropriate at the time.

I used to, but decided to abandon it for the less well-known "yesss"

I don't except as a minor joke to myself as others. If I solve an issue I go on to other issues.

When content? I usually just sit there.. Content. Yeah.

I usually get really giddy and smiley if I'm happy, though I cover it up with a hand.

When I'm really nervous or in front of someone I admire/want the respect of, I start to rub/pinch/scratch the palm of my left hand. And if I'm seriously freaking out, I start pinching and scratching my left arm. The last time I did this was when I was crying in front of a school administrator and really did not want to make it look like I was trying to get out of trouble.. I was only crying because I have some kind of disappointment issue I've yet to figure out, and they were really disappointed in me.

I ramble.

If I am excited about an accomplishment I will clap my hands together but I wont continue to rub them. However, when I am listening intently to something I will rub the my thumb and fingers on my right hand together. Sort of like this
