Luna, Octavia, Twilight Sparkle, Rarity... (after that it does not matter that much)

If counting fandom, steampunk rarity would probably be the most epic.

Ponies and curing cancer. Actually its a lot more than cancer, and is more about understanding how proteins arrange themselves to make healthy/unhealthy cells; but curing cancer would be the next step.

How bizarre is that? I say cure cancer, and then up pops a brony group donating profits to the Cancer Research Institute. Great minds think alike....

I love this charity aspect of the fandom. I really hope it outlasts the show, for however long ponies actually run.

I've never heard much like it; I don't recall any DBZ blood drives or Spongebob charity events. I don't even know if there have been any Trekkie charity drives.
