I only remember the content - not the name or writer.
It was a book about conflict resolution, possibly in managerial situations. Interesting because it had a case study focus, for almost every major type of problem you can have and how to deal with it. Anyone see anything interesting like that? |

I imagine there are a lot of books on this topic, but one that comes to mind to me is "Crucial Conversations"--it was really good:
