It can be an annual, monthly, or weekly resolution. Mine are:
  • Finish my work a day before the official deadline (it's an OCPD thing)
  • Read 4 pages a day (something a charm school instructor advises people who think they're to busy to finish books to do)
  • Eat more veggies/fruit and drink more water to keep my skin looking nice
  • Save to buy everything on

    and then save 30-40% when I'm done getting everything I want
  • Practice what I learn in

    everyday
  • Get enough sleep
  • Me more disciplined about my beauty regimen
  • Be nice/charitable to needy people even when they're rude/annoying/are mean to me
  • Reduce my road rage
What about yours?

I think I want to add a weekly resolution: INTJf break (no posting on INTJf until after July 16). Let's see how that pans out. I'm getting addicted to this place, I love it too much. LOL. Maybe some discipline will help.

Yup, yup! Hiatus for a more balanced life it is! I'll probably help me stick to my daily schedules better and I can stick to separating my work and working 09:00-17:00 too.

  • I didn't finish a day before my deadline (I actually used the remaining 24 hours to proofread my work, I couldn't help it).
  • I should wash my face right now (but I have less pimples meaning progress).
  • I have been eating more veggies/fruits.
  • I have no managed to curb my road rage. I usually don't freak out, but some people are just downright rude.
  • I haven't meet any needy people, I think.

I think my current resolution should be:
  1. Still all of the things above.
  2. Still meet my deadlines a day beforehand (although I don't think I can manage with my new assingments--the only reason why I'm on here and not working on them is because my brain is way too tired to function and work on work).
  3. Friday is my designated day for blogging (WordPress, Tumblr, etc.).
  4. INTJf should be a weekend thing (maybe I should post only on Saturdays, though, because I know I'll edit on until the 24 hours is over).

so I can do a better job on my semi-public speaking thing next weekend.

Also should also create an inventory of the toiletries and transport-related expenses I need in a month. Along with the amount (or bottle size, like how many milliliters and such) so I know when to renew my parking/road passes and gas cards and I can start buying toiletries in bulk to save time/energy resources.

So yeah. INTJf on weekends, blogging on Fridays, and work from 09:00-17:00. That'll be impossible this weekend, though. I have little energy left today from an entire day of class. But I can start focusing on work again tomorrow.

I want to improve my quality of life until I can emigrate (making things as bearable as possible):
  • Working strictly 09:00-17:00 and speak to my friends and read more often;
  • Leaving the house as rarely as possible and minimizing commutes (like by buying in bulk per quarter every January, April, July, October and working from home);
  • Distinguishing between "dreadful errands" and "fun errands" and I should force myself to do the dreadful ones at the end of deadline days so I can spend days off for enjoying life;
  • Finish my inventory of every single thing I need in every single size and every brand I've ever used (value brands to high-end) so I won't have to stress over surprised expenses;
  • Drink enough water;
  • Schedule my regimen (18:00/23:00 wash face, use scrub on Saturdays, wax every 15th day of the month);
  • Find a nice boyfriend.
Hm.

---------- Post added 07-23-2011 at 05:44 PM ----------

And be even more organized. And do something about how bad I feel when I see old men/women working honest jobs despite their poverty (it's like they've been stuck in poverty with no progress all their lives--it makes me extremely uneasy).

By August 1, I should:
  • Be finished with my bulk non-food shopping for Q3 of 2011;
  • My car should be clean;
  • Strictly sleep by 00:00 and work 09:00-17:00 (no distractions);
  • All my pre-paid/contactless cards should be topped up for until the end of September.
This means:
  • I only leave the house for other errands;
  • I can ration my use of OTC medications;
  • Days off should only consist of reading, chillaxing, talking with friends, FUN errands (hair salon, twink wax, facials);
  • Dreadful errands should be done afterhours on non-days off.
Then my weekends until the end of September will be me chilaxing or being on INTJf because no errands need to be run. And then I should be able to take more naps. And I should figure out a way to help dead people and old people.

---------- Post added 07-24-2011 at 12:04 PM ----------

I also will only purchase manga I follow online. What I'm trying to do is: be a recluse. I can't stand living here anymore. And every time I've left the house to run errands I feel drained and sad and frustrated and angry because I run into men who sexually harass me on the street. So I'm trying to leave the house as rarely as possibly. I won't need to go to the store because I'm "self-sufficient" my own supplies. I use pre-paid cards so I won't have to touch dirty cash or deal with flirty people who make me feel uncomfortable when hold me back before they hand me my cash. I want to function as efficient as possible before I get the chance to emigrate. If not, I might kill myself.

Besides, I'm reducing my carbon footprints and less exposure to sun means no early-aging for me!

  • Seriously, Peppy: INTJf is only for weekends!
  • Do NOT buy any new books (or even borrow any) until the ones you've finished reading the unread ones at home that you already OWN!

  • Lessen usage of cuss words
  • Minimal caffeine intake within a day. That is to say, down to a single cup a day
  • Less carbs, more protein.

Although I'm going to be away for over a week to catch up on--because all the replacements are on weekdays, I'm going to try and submit my work before the deadline extended anyway. So that means no more INTJf for weekends, Peppy.

I mean seriously, I've never missed a deadline. If I skip playing to recharge and only power nap in between, I'd probably only use up half of the time I'm given to work.

---------- Post added 08-12-2011 at 12:31 PM ----------

I don't know why I'm doing such a terrible job keeping INTJf for weekends only. I managed to do it so well for like two weeks. Why can't I keep it up now?

Is "not posting on INTJf threads between August 27-31" (although messaging other members is okay) too ambitious for a weekly resolution? I mean I seriously have a workload and the deadline's on August 31. I want it to get it done proper despite the workload.
