Just found out why I am the way I am

Hello fellow INTJ's

My name is Jeff and I'm pretty new to all of this. I recently took a myers-briggs test as part of a project management course and discovered that I am an INTJ. Since then I have been doing a lot of reading on this topic and have gained a much better understanding of what makes me tick and why I always feel like an outsider. I am already aware of my strengths, but I am hoping to use this forum as a tool to help me address my weaknesses and shortcomings. I am hoping to discover ways in which I can better relate to the other personality types.

I am a SSG(p) in the US Army and currently have almost 17 years in service. My main job is in the medical field, but I also work with our quality management division as a Lean Six Sigma black belt. I have a degree in business and am working on an MBA in project management. I have many hobbies and interests but am mainly focused on my guitar playing at the moment.

I am looking forward to many good discussions and debates here and hope to learn a lot.
