Has anyone tried p90x or insanity? What did you think of the workouts? Did you get your expected results? If you have tried both which one would you recommend? Which one is more cardio based?

I did P90X two years ago. It is a good introduction to daily exercise and experimenting on yourself. The Yoga segment is quite good. The diet is excellent, though rather expensive. I'm a proponent of Crossfit and Sealfit programs. As I recall with Tony you can setup your P90 stuff to do two or more workouts a day and one of them can be cardio. Like there are different levels you can do it at.
