Right. Well i was just in Miyagi prefecture for a while, where they were hit by the quake and Tsunami really hard, so I was without power for awhile.......so here is a little more about myself:
Im in Japan doing language study and analysis. I really enjoy learning new languages in that they are a system to figure out. ive been learning languages my whole life growing up in a bilingual household and moving to many countries for my father's work. I speak four languages fluently and can converse well in two more. Im glad to see so many other like minded people out there!! Thank you for your wecoming! |

I grew up speaking German and English (at home), but also speaking French (outside home). I also speak Japanese and Russian fluently. I guess I must edit my previous post (that's 5) I often forget about English when Im using it (same with any language Im speaking in at the time...) I can converse well in Arabic and Spanish.
Not sure if this really counts, as they are dead languages....but one of my minors in university was Ancient and Classical languages, so I can read/write Greek and Latin and also studied Egyptian hieroglyphics for a year. |
