She-Ra, The Adventures of Batman, Gargoyles, My Little Ponies, The Adventures of Peter Pan, and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.

I regularly crept into the upstairs bedroom to secretly watch Batman after school well into my high school years. Now I don't bother hiding... in fact, I think I'll watch an episode now. Muahaha.

Batman: The Animated Series rocked. It also has my favorite joke in a cartoon series:

Detective Bullock (looking at Harley Quinn disguised as a lawyer): "Don't I know you?"
Harley: "I think I served you a subpoena once."
Harley walks off. Stops. Comes Back.
Harley: "It was a very small subpoena."

She-Ra, The Adventures of Batman, Gargoyles, My Little Ponies...

Some of these old cartoons have made a comeback (or perhaps they never left). My daughter (5-yo) has had My Little Pony and Care Bear themed birthdays. She has tons of this stuff. In fact some of the same cartoons she watches, I remember my sister watching when she was little.

Reboot was a great show.

Also, is it just me or are cartoon theme songs from that era much more enjoyable than current ones?

The Super Mario Bros., TMNT, The Raccoons, Rupert Bear, The Smurfs, Chip n' Dale Rescue Rangers, Tintin, Reboot, Inspector Gadget, Megaman, The Avengers, Transformers, etc. These were amongst my favourites when I was young; too bad the children nowadays are missing out on all of these phenomenal cartoons.

I was a HUGE Transformers fan boy (kid). I remember my parents once rewarded me for being brave at the dentist by letting me get a toy at Toys"R"Us. I stood in front of the Transformers for 30 minutes and started to cry because I couldn't choose. (I was such an emotional kid.)

anime never registered with me, even though my favorite cartoon as a kid was speed racer.

woody woodpecker cartoons annoyed the piss out of me... probably because his purpose was to annoy.

now annoying other people amuses me. i've turned into woody woodpecker =/
those cartoons were from the 60's, so i guess it doesn't matter.

I loved Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, He-Man, She-Ra, Thundercats, Chip 'n Dale Rescue Rangers, Animaniacs, Batman: The Animated Series, and X-Men, to name a few. Sadly, I went back and watched some of them as an adult, and many of them just don't hold up for me. It ruins the good memories because all I can think is, "You liked this?!" Out of the ones I mentioned, the ones that I can still watch and not roll my eyes at are Batman: The Animated Series and X-Men (although that one has it's moments sometimes). I haven't gone back and watched Animaniacs, though.

I'm definitely interested in the new version of Thundercats that is coming out because, looking at it in retrospect, the original had some silly animation and voice-acting.

Harley Quinn seemed to always steal the scenes she was in.

Rocko's Modern Life, Ren & Stimpy, Inspector Gadget, TMNT, and Looney Toons. I hated the shows on the WB (Pinky and the Brain, The Tick, etc)

My favourite was Spider-Man (1994 television series). Venom was for me the ultimate bad guy, and I also liked the saga were Peter Parked actually turned into a large spider

. I've downloaded this series a couple of years ago, and I enjoyed it almost as much as when I was a kid.

Rockos modern life, rugrats, Captain planet.

Adventure time on cartoon network is pretty impressive with it's imaginative story line and embedded moral.

I watched Gargoyles, Duck tales, Aladdin and Darkwing Duck religiously. Bots Master was another good one. I think I've seen a few episodes of James Bond Jr. lol. Of course I watched every show mentioned. The Mask was hilarious.

I watched Ren and Stimpy but even back then I didnt think it was for kids. Never watched Invader Zim. G.I. Joe was good.
