Anyone have anything like this? I'm talking about stuff like books on how being an introvert is okay-The Introvert Advantage by Marti Laney.

I intend to use them to help build up confidence/self-esteem/stability.

Thanks.

...while introverts have no special advantage in intelligence, they do seem to process more information than others in any given situation. To digest it, they do best in quiet environments, interacting one on one. Further, their brains are less dependent on external stimuli and rewards to feel good.

Read this stuff to let yourself know there's nothing 'wrong' with you, but do not use it as an excuse to completely shun contact with other people.

The object is understanding, If you you try to overcome one point you will mess yourself up. It's like I'm 80% T. for me to do feeling is not pretty. (though I do well at anger and indignant) But I find other ways to relate to people, even if I sleep for three days afterwords.
Fighting the facts is not the way to go. You just have to find a niche.
