I have to beat them away with a stick. Human females are so repulsive.

I'm sure you are all beautiful people...this was just a joke poll. I really hope I didn't offend anyone with my choices. I asked if this thread could be closed...because I was just being silly and didn't realize I might hurt someone's feelings.

lol. It's almost impossible to hurt an INTJ's feelings. However, if you do we will bring the wrath of God down upon. (Yes, of course God is an INTJ.)

I was going to go for 'I'm not bad...', but except AFAIK I don't believe anyone's ever checked me out. It could just be my personality, but you'd think you'd get at least a few signs of interest before they figure out you want to talk about [strikethrough]weird[/strikethrough] interesting stuff.

I couldn't pick, because 'cute' doesn't describe me and never did. But I'm not ugly either. But then again, I'm not smokin'. If you want an item by item list, I can rate pretty much every body part/feature on a scale of 1-10 and we could add that up, and then rate it...

Never mind. This is why I don't know if I'm attractive or not. I never finish the math.

Completely depends on my mood! Sometimes I feel like I just walked off the supermodel runway, sometimes I feel like the most frizzy-haired, greasy-faced, curveless monster to walk the earth. I'm guessing that I usually fall somewhere around the "normal" range.

Today I have some sweet boots on, so I feel nice.

I consider myself good-looking. I get checked out quite a bit. I've been told I'm hot enough to be an actor. But I look at myself as maybe slightly better looking than average and that's about it. I was oblivious to my appearance until an ex-girlfriend started pointing out all the girls looking at me. "Hey, did you see that one?! She was totally checking you out. She gave you the full up-and-down." Etc.

I consider myself to be above average looking, definately cute but not drop dead gorgeous. I think I have a fairly realistic view of my general attractiveness.

If this turns your loins into fire, then maybe I'm your guy:

But seriously, if I try to objectify myself on a 10 point likert scale, I'd say a 7.6 or 7.7, which in my own world corresponds to the 76th or 77th percentile.

But it seems like there's a niche cult following of females that are attracted to me:
1.) preteens
2.) vagabonds
3.) moms

I don't pay enough attention to actually notice how attractive I am. I'm probably hideous. That's okay though, because I would rather be thinking about Quantum Mechanics.

I think im good looking but not smoking hot! A lot of women tend to be interested in me but generally nobody I'd be attracted to. I am so so picky and I'm only really attracted to very physically attractive women whom are generally not that interested in me. Although They could be I just don't approach them enough lol

Pretty sure most women wouldn't find me attractive, and my personality can be quite abrasive too.

Add me to the list of people who have encountered bird excrement..

I don't know. I don't find myself particularly attractive, nor am I willing to make much effort to be more attractive. I am told fairly frequently that I am beautiful, and when I'm not off in my own little world I do notice guys checking me out. But it's not something I want to think about, especially since I am currently on an anti-dating jag and wish to avoid being hit on. I don't dress down exactly, but I do try to discourage guys from approaching me with body language and such.

I've been the target of bird excrement before too, but I just figured that that's just how birds flirt.

I'm the "da

cuteeee!" type. I fell asleep during a summer camp in one of the public rooms. Afterwards, at least 4 people, some acquaintances, told me how cute I was. My mother's coworker mistook me for a fourteen year old, while a younger girl said I look twelve. I tried to create a public image of a serious and extremely introverted intellectual, and my youthful looks make it impossible. So now I have to add spunk and eccentricity in order to "market" myself as something else. I'm nowhere near as attractive as my mother, who, when younger could have easily been a movie star. By the way, Brangelina isn't hot... wtf! It's ok. I'll be hot when I get older :P I'll look 30 at 40. I get "you're really pretty" a lot, which I, excuse me, agree with. But when someone says I'm hot, which I know I'm not, his intention is pretty clear. I stay away.

The trick is then to get to hear this from the right person.

My man keeps telling me that I'm gorgeous which is rather sweet considering all the years that we've been together. This contributes to the fact that I feel good about myself.

What I have noticed in the last few years is that more and more older (45+) men decide to have a closer look at me. They seem to reckon that they might have a chance. Not sure what to make of that apart from the conclusion that I look my age as well.

It's that expression of innocence.

When I was young and cared about such things, I believe women saw me as a cuddly teddy bear, but in a slightly dangerous, unpredictable starving artist sort of way.

This is purely based on hearing that I was a cuddly teddy bear so many times I became nauseous just looking at a stuffed animal. . .of any species. . .as well as always being the 'friend'. . .at least until I actually became an unpredictable starving artist in a culture where those sorts of people are considered slightly dangerous.

No more 'I think of you as a friend' comments, I actually think I was popular for a couple months or so.

The options here are weird. I voted for 'I'm not bad...I get checked out a fair amount', but if that's the second worst option, I don't identify myself there.

I am super attractive! Women want me, lesbians want to be me, men abhor me! No, not really...

I picked cute but not smokin'. I think I am more attractive than that from other people's perspective, I do have the perfect body type for what the mainstream would consider attractive: tall, athletic build, and fairly handsome (my POV). I have gotten tall, dark, and handsome, and been called as being somewhat mulatto; this from me being half-Filipino, but coming out as more Caucasian with a permanent -farmer-tan(-ish).

I've never been fat, I'm not cross-eyed, and still have all my teeth, so I do feel attractive. I've read that males tend to overestimate their attractiveness, so I'm always weary that my own opinion, while unquestionably the most valid, may not be shared by all.

I have a friend with a similar problem, and he also feels the maturity level is on par with girls younger than him. I wish I had some words of wisdom, but unfortunately I do not :[

They mess with the ratings so it isn't very accurate. Not to burst your bubble.

From the website:

"14.
My rating and my votes don't seem to match. What's wrong?

Official HOT or NOT scores are normalized to account for things such as the fact that different people have different voting styles. For instance, some people, for reasons unknown to us, only vote 1-5. Should a 5 from these people count as a 5?

Many standard scoring systems use normalization techniques, including the Olympics and the tests people take to get into college in the US. We still give you the chart, which represents raw data, just for fun."
