Apparently I can't count to ten, this is in no order, and missing some of my recent viewing favourites.

Dot Hack Sign, Outlaw Star, Evangelion, Serial Experiment Lain, Ghost In The Shell, Cowboy Bebop, Wolf's Rain, Record Of Lodoss War, Trigun, Rahzephon, Last Exile, Gun Grave, Afro Samurai, Gundam Wing, FLCL, Texhnolyze, Ergo Proxy, Seirei No Moribito (Guardian of the Sacred Spirit), Samurai Champloo and Blue Sub#6

---------- Post added 10-28-2010 at 01:28 PM ----------

Granted I should really exclude Ergo Proxy for its ending but it is in my preferred style of anime.

Elfen Lied
My Neighbor, Totoro
Princess Mononoke
Metropolis
Evangelion (Takes some time to process - think I prefer the introverted ending, but it drove me up the wall when I first saw it.)
Spirited Away
Paprika
Moving Castle (or whatever you call it in English)
Perfect Blue
The Cat Prince (again, not sure of English title.)

But when that is said, I haven't really seen so much anime.

Seirei no Moribito
Zettai Shonen
Outlaw Star
Clannad (After Story)

I saw Aquarion not long ago. I enjoyed it a lot more than I thought I would since mechs really aren't my thing. I started Baccano too, but also haven't finished it. So far, I really like it.

The problem I had with Sousei No Aquarion was that the series was... hmmm ... the characters.

In no particular order:

Kaiba
Mononoke (not the Ghibli film, though that is good, too)
Monster
Kino's Journey
Paranoia Agent
Hare+Guu
FLCL
Berserk
12 Kingdoms
Serial Experiments Lain

I could probably think up a better list, but this is just what I can recall at the moment. All are serial, I might make another list for movies.

There is nothing wrong with liking "harem" anime, is there?

And because I still don't know how to count to ten or put things in order.

Vampire Hunter D, Jin Roh: the Wolf Brigade, Death Note, The Escaflowne Movie, Sword Of The Stranger, Shigurui Death Frenzy, Blood: The Last Vampire, Akira of course (seems everyone's forgotten about that one).

To a lesser extent because I can't think of anymore official top faves, Ruin Explorers, Sakura Wars, Final Fantasy: Legend of the Crystals, Tenchi, Kiki's Delivery Service, Kino's Journey, Le Chevalier D'Eon, Gungrave, Demon City, Gad Guard, Blood + and Cardcaptors.

The Escaflowne Movie is probably my top favourite.

I saw the first few episodes of 12 Kingdoms. There was something I really liked about it that I can't really place, but it wasn't enough to inspire me to watch more. Does it get better?
