Travel, experiencing new cultures and learning their languages, and then settling down back home and using my knowledge in a career I love. I guess that last part makes it more of a dream than a passion. Can they be the same thing?

To improve, and build upon, anything I touch. Simply fixing something isn't good enough. To leave it well enough alone is something I just can't do.

Money. Making, investing and reinvesting it, over and over. It may seem shallow to some, but it's the currency of our world. Enough money can buy you anything - most importantly, it can make you financially independent, able to spend the rest of your life the way you want and (who knows?) try to develop some other passions.

Study, research, and discovery. There's nothing quite like that feeling when the whole puzzle clicks into place.

A particular place, over which I wish to hold guardianship. And a home of my own. I will build it. Of that, I am absolutely certain.

I am passionate about libraries, particularly the role of a library as a 3rd place and neighborhood gathering spot. I also get pretty feisty about intellectual freedom.

I quite passionate about my family, God, politics, and my training. Not necessarily equally passionate about all of them, but those are for sure at the top of the list.

My kids and work. But work seems to be stronger this days simply because is necessary in order to provide for the kids. Hopefully that will change in the near future.

I have to keep up with the steps to reach my final goal, once reached, my kids will be my main passion, right now they have to share it. I think is just the way it works for me as a single parent, the responsibilities of ensuring my kids have not only the necessary items, but also the best is important.

I used to have a selection of passions a few years ago but it seems that I'm becoming less and less passionate as the years go on, sometimes I feel like I became an old man at a young age and for every year that progresses feel even older more discontent and disconnected. I still indulge in some of my earlier interest but they seem to have less punch like I'm wearing them out.

film, animation, humour and all it's complexities, discovering internet communities and ones that leak into real life.
