He wasn't very old either.

My life would be so different if I hadn't been exposed to his work at such a young age.

10 points if you can name the epic he was responsible for.

He was a little before my time, but I have heard of his name before. Although many of the times I have heard his name in a negative context. I've heard the term "Macekre" as a reference to his work as negative. Still, he definetly was early innovater and pioneer in bringing anime to the US.
