Uh... I noticed I do it.

My new flash drive. I'm in love with it. It's all black and sleek and shiny around the edges with a raised matte face on each side and crisp snow white print and such a neat and aesthetic logo oh my god if it were food I would EAT IT. I love it love it love it.

I keep flicking the little sliding USB connector in and out just to see how smoothly it works and feel the slight lock when it is fully extended and retracted... and I've plugged it in and taken it back out to admire it more about 20 times now, and I love the little hidden LED inside which creates a glow and flashes to show drive activity... I feel so good to plug it in and watch it light up, and open it up and move files around, and then close it and open it again - yup they are still there! Let's rearrange them!

Wow... am I messed up?

When I got my 500 gig external harddrive I was always watching mesmerized by the blue gradating light pattern it makes when connected. Yeah, I understand this kind of thing. I sometimes have bought not-the-best of something because I thought it was too ugly and the slightly lesser performing one was sleeker.
