I tossed rice, red kidney beans, mixed vegetables and vinagrette dressing together to make a sort of "salad". It was delicious.

Our kitchen is far enough along that we have an oven again. I think we are going to have baked chicken tonight.

Fat Squirrel Pub! Fat Squirrel Pub! Tonight will be glorious. I shall order fish, chips, and beer steamed muscles.

Last night I ate nothing at it made me wake up with a screaming hunger headache. Tonight I'll make up for it.

Salad and multi-grain crackers. Peppermint tea. Too many stale Christmas cinnamon candies that certainly didn't help my emotions.

We're having some guests over tonight for the football games. I think we are going to order pizza. I guess that means I will have to find something myself or scrape all the cheese and toppings off the crust.

Sounds tasty. I might have the same but substitute the chicken for grilled fish.

Made my first ever frittata. Used too many unseeded tomatoes, so it came out soupy, but tasted good. Put in some ham from last night and some canned asparagus... fresh asparagus is ten thousand times better.
