I consider myself a loner. Aside from my boyfriend and family I almost never see anyone, I don't really have any friends, just people I say hello to in passing. I did have a 'best friend' but as seems to have been the way with all the best friends I've accumulated since childhood she let me down and I ended up cutting ties. I also find that whenever I do socialize I'm almost always looking forward to being on my own afterwards, even before I've started. Sometimes I have periods where I feel lonely and alienated somewhat, but most of the time I'm happy just doing my own thing, not feeling obliged to arrange meetups and make small talk just for the privelege of being deemed normal.

I have friends, but truly I'm a loner aka "stand-alone"

I'm an individual removed from being part of a group consciousness.

Certainly an Intj thing.
