I bought the last 2009-batch 6-pack of Sierra Nevada Bigfoot Barleywine Ale in all of Houston. It was my intent to cellar this 6-pack and drink one of them every year for the next 6 years. (It's a bottle fermented ale that improves with age, like a fine wine.)

Tonight I succumbed to temptation and cracked one open. Drinking it right now. It rocks.
