Maybe we should lynch those who are talking too much. Just a thought.

But then nobody would post. That said, I'm tired and therefore I'll go ahead and vote now for seriously.

If a mason were to come forth, he'd be an immediate target and the masons wold lose their majority. The seer comes out and is a target but at least we take out a wolf in exchange. The healer comes out at the same time and we can get 2 wolves. That'd leave 4 masons 1 wolf and 1 hunter who if killed kills someone.

The Maelstrom added to this post, 2 minutes and 27 seconds later...

Also if the seer chooses two innocents outside of the healer they'd be a mason and the hunter. Once that's clear, all the masons can focus on the wolves. Of course the wolves could lie about being the seer and/or healer, that'd be discovered soon enough.

Basically the seer is the sacrificial pawn. And the healer His/her sacrificial pawn.

"Either hjordis be a special or a werebeastie. If he be a special, he'd be makin' a lot more noise right now. He's bein' so confident because he's a beastie!

I'm still trying to figure out the game but this sounds reasonable to me so I'm going to vote hjordis.

Hjordis is a wooden duck... meaning a witch.. not a werewolf.. it looks like we have two options in this first vote so I am going with

*seriously*

for my vote of evildoer. She'd talk too much if she were a werewolf and she'd talk too much if she weren't a werewolf. But she's got blood coming out of her mouth which makes her look guilty.. I can't get over the association of guilt from looks.... Cute wooden duck or greenhaired girl with red eyes and blood from the mouth..

what else can I choose if I want my vote to make a difference. If I were just going for a gut evildoer check of course nemesis is always my first choice.

lol true on me talking too much either way....p

That said I don't think Nemesis is a werewolf. He strikes me as innocent. If ya'll do decide to lynch me, and find out I'm not a wolf, I would probably take out either TM who was the most vocal against me and is probably hiding something himself (or at least make him give a public apology for defaming me) or Hjordis per the prior reasoning.

ah so you are admitting you are a wolf because you're convinced nemesis is innocent. only an evildoer would see that heart of black as pure.

TMS would never be chosen as a wolf in this game because he's already been slated to die early before the game even started. No DM would pick a player that is going to die early to be a main character such as a wolf.

I'm not sure about TM. Initially I thought the same was as you az, that he wouldn't be chosen as a wolf since he was slated to die early. But him being so adamant and vocal so early in the game has made me wonder. Would be a good cover for a wolf...to imply he wanted to die early in the game and therefore had no real stake in it.

Hey I want to win as much as I can even though I'm gonna die. That means taking out as many wolfies as I can, and yes you can argue as many villagers

Can we leave "wills" or "testaments" with you to be revealed to a player of our choosing in the event of our death? Like a warning or our suspicions before we end up out of game.

Oooohhhh!!! wailie wailie wailie I am STILL much distraught.

I miss the miller AND the ill-got earnings he brought me. (and I just like saying, "wailie!") I want revenge and some nice dead wolf.

I went back and checked the rules and read that,"Werewolves are always encouraged to privately message each other, villagers MUST only speak in public."

Since I am a villager, not a wolf, I'll do my speaking here and naow. And I also alert my fellow non-wolves that the sort of thing a wolf might do, to throw off suspicion, is to speak a lot in public, to try to make us think the talker is a villager.

To clear myself of suspicion, in case you gooses forgot, I am the village silversmith and the miller was always good for bringing to me his extra pinch of silver that he connived the villagers out of...
To extablish my cred, and move this dread drama along, I've prepared special commemorative necklaces--well...heavy silver neck chains really-- of purest silver. I'm now putting mine on and twirling about to show you I am unaffected. *twirls, dances, and generally does folderol)

I'm placing one each of your necks... starting with seriously, hacksie and kisai. C'mere poochies.

(oh--and...I've been up all night irl and am going to get some sleep now.. .If I'm not back to vote within 4 hours, when our time runs, I vote seriously.)

Yeah, no doubt. I'm going to stay superficial and go with this too. Somethin' mighty fishy bout how that lady looks in her avatar. Something too wolf-like... too rabid and feral (even for her). Let'er swing!

hummm, my mind is racin' on other things to be sure, tis a difficult thing to pluck a noble thought now!

*splashes water on face and settles down*

To be sure, if your nature is to read an' not write it casts a dark vail over your face. But if you've been livin' in this village for longer ye might be inclined to jabber like the crows.

So far I've nay seen anythin' worthy of the noose.

Mahaps schwartzie has the seer's eye, she seems to have bold thoughts. Cast my vote with hers.

and I'm also 100% convinced the villagers are going to be extremely unhappy with TM once it is revealed who I am.

Being innocent I've no fear of death, just fear for the innocents I leave behind unprotected.

If you're an innocent, shouldn't you have announced your "role" by now? Being the seer or healer would cause us to pause. A mason can't say so, so you'd be screwed there, although I should hope the other masons would put in more effort in saving your sorry butt. And if you're a hunter, I'm probably dead once you're hung

However, as I believe you to be a werewolf, right now I forsee a few possibilities from voters. If the wolves think they have enough villagers voting for someone not their own, they can change votes in the last 3-5 minutes. As it is, focusing on any other particular case might be a giveaway, so they may stay the course voting for Seriously to keep up the disguise...

In any case, if you do turn out to be innocent, asides from personal feelings involved (hahaha, INTJs
To view links or images in this forum your post count must be 15 or greater. You currently have 0 posts.
) you will serve to help reveal the wolves to the masons at least. Because they will at a later date notice who is "teaming up" with whom when villagers are killed, so long as only non-masons die the wolves are done for. All that'll be left is to determine who the two factions are for the "neutral" villagers to decide. As soon as one wolf goes down and there's evidence of a group they were a part of, its over.
