I watch movies and listen to music incessantly. I can watch/listen to the same stimuli repeatedly . . . for instance, I've probably heard Brahms' string sextets thousands of times over the years . . . this is not an exaggeration.

The point is that I've developed an extraordinarily precise sense of timing, after being exposed to these stimuli repeatedly for so long. And this has permitted me to notice that when I'm tired at the end of the day . . . or drunk . . . or both, that time seems to pass much faster. Movies, songs, classical pieces . . . all of them seem to progress at a faster rate when I'm tired/drunk/both. Have you guys noticed the same thing?
