Oh, c'mon Zinny. You can do better than that. So, just take the next 3 hours and come up with a sentence, or two about yourself. It only gets more awkward and painful after that!

Welcome, Zinny!

Yet another antipodean! Yikes, this is getting scary...

Heh; your intro post makes me laugh, and that's the most important thing, right?

If you're sticking around, you can check out the rules here, and a great thread about using all the neat forum features is here.

Please, enjoy.

Getting a bit redundant, Rudy.

Welcome, Zinny.

Ok I slept on it and here it is.

I took the Jung Typology Test test about a year ago before knowing anything about MBTI, Jung or Kiersey. I came back as INTJ and the description seemed spot on. Being skeptical, I tried it again several times, tried other tests and read the descriptions of other personalities. I always come back to INTJ and have never tested as anything else. I should qualify that by saying that I have only done free online tests.
I have had times when I have felt very uncomfortable in my skin because I knew that somehow I didnt quite connect socially in the same way as most people around me. Dont get me wrong I am not antisocial or stuck up its just that I dont have a strong need to be around people for the sake of it. Anyway finding the INTJ description was a relief because I saw that there were at least a few other people out there like me. It was also like having a mirror held up and seeing my reflection and realising its ok to be a robot, lol.
Education-wise I am typical in many ways of an INTJ having been achievement orientated, excelling at school, going on to Uni (where I got a PhD) and now working in scientific research. I am not overly ambitious (anymore) and it is not part of my life plan to work insane hours with no time for life out of work (ie university academic pathway not for me).
I have wide interests including artistic, intellectual and physical pursuits such as photography and karate.
Personality types has become one of my interests so I am here to understand myself better and, just as importantly, to understand what motivates those around me.

Thankyou for the welcome.

You certainly seem to be one of us. But you are too good to interact with almost everyone here, except maybe rudy and Jonathan Brewer... Oh, yeah, and doublejava.

The rest of us are scum. Few of us can read or write... we dictate lies to children we hire for minimum wage to type our posts in for us.

I, myself, am so stupid I sometimes forget to breath... I've actually died this way seven times.

Last year, I was digging through a dumpter behind the rag shop looking for food, when I found a reindeer head. I mean, like, the whole thing, antlers and all. It was covered with flies, but I was able to boil the meat off and sell it on Ebay for Jello coupons.

I noticed that in your opening post you wrote mostly in letters... if you really expect us to believe that you are an alien life-form, you should try posting in weird, glowing symbols or something.

Sheesh!
