I wouldn't say that's sexual, it just means "give something to me" you could read that in a sexual context, but so you could do with the word "hosepipe" :-)

To be fair to Mega, the context in which i first came across the usage was very much sexual. "Davai davai kukolka!"

Kukolka - roughly, a real doll face - the caption beneath a cartoon on a phone i bought from some Russians, where a guy was taking a woman from behind.
