I keep getting the following error when I attempt to enter the Chatroom:
(Too many connections from your IP) *** Disconnected from IRC What does this mean and how can I fix it? I don't have other chatrooms open at the same time. I only have the main INTJ Forum Window open and the login to chat window. |

I'm not sure, I haven't heard of this error before. I'm looking into it.
If anyone else knows, feel free to step in. |

Are you a uni student using a university supplied internet connection? (Or something similar?)
Chances are it's not you that has too many connections, but whoever you're sharing your net with ![]() |

If it continues to be a problem you can download mIRC and connect that way, too. |

Sorry for confusion, had to whitelist the CGI gateway for your chat's IP address, should work fine now. Sorry for problems and best regards!

on the server list find ecnet. To do this, either find ECnet on the server list, or type "/server www.ecnet.org" |

Thank you so much - everyone who helped. I was able to login to the chat tonight directly through the site without using mirc. (though I do want to look into mirc and learn more about it). Whatever Whoever Did - - - Thank you.
over and out Kimba |
