I have several ideas that I am going to attempt to get licensed. I was just curious to see if there were any other inventors here and if they have any advice.

Aspiring. It cost about 10-20k to research and get an iron-clad patent. Don't get scammed.

I have talked to a couple of other inventors that have got licensing deals with only spending $100. What they did was have the company sign a non disclosure agreement and then negotiate to have them pay all the costs for patenting

I know that this approach probably won't be the easiest, but it should take a lot of the risk out of it financially.
