1. An INFP friend who quite simply astounded me with his kindness. It's not anything outrageous. In fact, it's something I'd do for anyone I like, but it's so rare in people. The past months and dealings with an exceptionally two-faced ENTP friend (among others, including an ENFP) has left me quite disenchanted with people in general, but these days I keep seeing subtle kindness and compassion from certain people, and just knowing that makes me a little happier.

2. Reconciled with my ex (who is, incidentally, also an INFP). It wasn't that we ended badly; the breakup was a mutual, rational decision, but he made it so awkward that we couldn't stay in the same room, and we parted ways standoffish and avoided each other like a plague. I added him as a friend, but resolved never to speak to him. And then I found that he left me a late birthday greeting, and was very friendly. Wherever this goes, for whichever reason he did this, reconciliation can't go wrong. Hopefully, he finally got over his fabricated tension.

For whatever reason, his bright and cheerful little post made me very happy. I had forgiven his awkwardness (which made my days hell for some time. We do have mutual friends. It was just weird) and the attitude with which he dismissed my later attempt (only ONE attempt) to speak to him, but I think any bad blood between us (although it may only be on my part. I was incredibly angry, you see. Furious, even. For quite a long time) is gone. And it makes me happy to, in a manner of speaking, have one less person I'm displeased with.

3. And third... My fountain pen script is improving! :D

This week has been one of pleasant social surprises and unpleasant academic surprises. Although the academic drawbacks arguably nullifies any of the good things that happened (as their effects last longer), I don't think I have anything to complain about. I wouldn't change what happened this week for anything.

Corn. I can't get enough of it when it's been cooked with a bit of butter, salt and pepper. I am so happy that I can eat something!

I am one week away from *hopefully* being completely done with morning sickness. It's been a LONG long 3 months.

My husband is wonderful. He makes me Belgian waffles. Texts me during his busy shifts at the hospital. Snuggles so close with me at night that I can't move. LOL
