Do you find it difficult to just type a response without closing the sentence? If the answer is just one word can you let it stand alone? If someone leaves a sentence open does it drive you crazy? Do you look for errors in other peoples responses? (Grammar, Punctuation, spelling). Does this bother you

I know this was a set up and yes, it does bother me.

LOL

Please note the above. I think because LOL is not technically a word I'm fine with not using punctuation. Part of me would love to go around correcting others but I don't because I'm sure people would find my actions to be rude. Also, even though I'd like to claim the perpetual use of perfectly formed sentences containing perfectly spelled words, I can't.

Sometimes I'm bothered by it, but other times I am myself guilty of it if I'm in a hurry.

Posters who do it consistently annoy me.

*runs away from thread screaming for help*

Edit: stating actions in this manner is the closest I'm willing to come to intentionally not using punctuation.

I adore reading posts with proper punctuation, spelling and grammar. I don't confess to be proficient in it, but there is a difference between a post that has the odd spelling error and the the ones that have chosen it as a style. Sometimes the chat speak or lack of sentence structure makes me skip posts that might otherwise have been a good read. Capitals. Oh please, for the love of God, capitalize your I's.

Yes, I do hesitate posting whenever I've impulsively typed a response without an opening uppercase letter and closing punctuation. In the end, though, content is absurdly superior to packaging.

You're correct, of course. I still have great difficulty reading a post that appears to be completely devoid of any effort at presentation unless it's intended as silly or light-hearted. It is one of the things I consider overall when weighing the opinions or arguments of a poster.

There's often a connection between sloppy communication and sloppy thinking. Sorry, but there it is.

You can check my posts...but my punctuation usually doesn't exist or there are lots of ellipses or lack of apostrophes in my contractions. My "I's" are usually have them lowercase...I don't know you guys! I tend to not care for exactness when all I'm trying to get out is my fleeting ideas and thoughts...there are so many of them it's hard to keep track. As long as I know that I know how to correctly turn in a grammatically correct piece of work that's all that matters... :D but not here! >.<

:D

Could be a lot of fun to drive so many INTJs insane for following the tradition that is language grammar. You can free you're minds of the awful traditions that hold you back, if only you stop acting like SJs and be more efficient in the number of characters in the post. Be reasonable people, grammar is only a way to enslave your minds to traditions, because you refuse to follow any other ones. Let go of the tradition, the spell check of the insanity to be bothered by a petty little dot.

Wish granted. (I think)

Plural doesn't need an apostrophe. It's "INTJs", not "INTJ's".

For great justice.

Don't overlook plural possessives, either.
