To view links or images in this forum your post count must be 2 or greater. You currently have 0 posts. Okay, U.S. federal politics are fucking retarded. Where is the mention of how this will benefit U.S. citizens or promote U.S. national interests? I know it's just campaign fodder to let everyone know that Romney is just as wedded to Israeli interest groups as past presidents, and that Obama wouldn't behave any different, but I'm getting sick of this shit. A U.S. president's one and only job is to work towards promoting the interests of U.S. citizens. In the modern environment though, every serious candidate has to publicly state how they'll tirelessly work towards promoting Israeli interests, with zero discussion about how that promotes American interests. |

Yes. Empires collapse. Any plans for the post-USSA world?

We can complain all we want, but the fact is Israel has a strong grip on our political system. I don't think we'll be shaking them off anytime soon; until we get a president who has character and isn't a pussy.

We'll need a lot of voters who have character, and who aren't pussies, before they can appreciate a good candidate. |

Iran sees the US a the 'Great Satan' and would like to see Israel 'wiped off the map'.
The US sees Iran as part of an axis of evil, and going on the proverbial principle 'My enemy's enemy is my friend' it probably considers an attack on Iran by Israel as being in it's national interest. I think you're right however, US unwavering support for every Israeli action is ludicrous. |
