Signing my life away... lots of docs my mortgage lender is asking for and getting ready for work. Plus making a sign with instructions to the Realtors entering my rental place and info for the future renters on the items that will either be fix by the time they move in or replace.

Babysat the kids, took them to eat, got them ice cream, and to the park. They drove me nuts, had to trash all the ice creams I got them. Just dropped them back home to their mom, at least she is better. I feel for her, they are truly hard to deal with. Oh well, it shall be fun to have them home on a daily basis.
Her husband's cousin tried to take the boy away and since she said no, he strapped the little boy in the seat in a way that nobody could get him out. They literally had to cut off the seat belt to get him off. Then she went to the dealership to see how much it would be to fix it and they told her $500 dollars. On top of today's event, her husband is really making life hell for her, literally in every sense of the word. He wants to kick her and his own kids out of the house. He keeps asking permission to stop by the house to pick up his tools, but does not takes them with him at all. He keeps asking people to call her so as to make her go back with him... dam this man. On top of it, she is going back to court for round 2, as her husband is appealing the case. And finally, thinking a whole lot about the house. I have the home inspection tomorrow and will have the kids with me all day so my adopted sister can take a nice break away from them. I am still waiting on my friends, so I need you all to pray really hard so that this happens. To view links or images in this forum your post count must be 2 or greater. You currently have 0 posts. |

Babysat the kids until 8, had the house inspection. It is nice, nothing outside of what I already knew. The roof needs replacement and the electrical has to be checked prior to moving in, which is fine. Scheduling an electrician next week to see how much is going to be and have him ready to do the job by closing day.
Outside of that, spoke to my friend. He needs an SOW from me, never done that, so I am looking for a template to use as we speak so I can completed it tonight and send it out before tomorrow per his request to expedite the process. Still need a work around since payment will take place 2 wks from now. To view links or images in this forum your post count must be 2 or greater. You currently have 0 posts. Anywho, working on it. Talking to someone that did not feel like talking to me. I'm tired of "feelers" in general, whether co-wokers or friends. I wish I could meet a nice INTJ guy that could appreciate me.

Working on the SOW. Comparing FISMA and WebTrust requirements and detailing the list of items that will be included as part of the SOW as well as those that will not be included. Quite fun I must say.
---------- Post added 05-19-2013 at 11:00 PM ---------- Talking to my friend. Just completed the SOW and submitted to him for signature and processing. He said not to worry about the details and content, but I am a perfectionist, so I wanted for it to have as much information as feasible based on the template requirements. To view links or images in this forum your post count must be 2 or greater. You currently have 0 posts. Anywho, glad that portion is completed. Now is a wait and see. Hopefully it is expedited and payment is submitted as noted within it. Have lots of work ahead of me, but being in the middle of moving and buying is making it hard. Looking forward to the new place so I can focus on generating a humongous amount of work for him within a small timeframe. I am glad I am an INTJ, cause what I am about to do is unheard off and definitely one hell of a bargain for him. To view links or images in this forum your post count must be 2 or greater. Oh well... is OK, he is just re-starting his business so I will give him a break this time, specially if he can get it done in time for me to do my closing. Now I got lots and lots and lots of reading to do and in-depth analysis... thanks god for relational DBs To view links or images in this forum your post count must be 2 or greater. Getting my area in the confernce room set up to start negotiations with suppliers. It has been several years since I have been one of the lead negotiators on a multi-billion dollar contract. I'm excited.

Had dinner with my little one (taco bell), watched her dance away. Spoke to my friend to see how the process is going and if he had any questions about the SOW, watching HGTV and thinking a whole lot about the house. Is hard to explain what this will mean for me, even if for the first 7m I will be working like a donkey, is worth it in the long run. Cant wait, everything is slowly falling into place.

This weekend is going to be hected as I will begin combining and analysing all of the requirements to determine if there are extra documents outside of the normal policies and procedures that must be added and what must take precedence to address each accreditation in a specific order. Adding to that, I need to build the environment on my test lab and begin documenting the config settings along with the appropriate recommendations. This part should be fun. Just thinking ahead.
