I'm wondering why this isn't being trumpeted around the internet as age-related disease are amongst the most expensive and most devastating...

Small study, only three years in, something to hope for, but that's about it.

And I wonder why this kind of article about another vaccine gets trumpted when instead it could be promoting vitamin E and avoidance of aluminum-containing anti-perspirants... |

Hmmm? Cause and effect: our daily ingestion (drinking water, food) of aluminum is already quite respectable without involving aluminum containing anti-perspirants. The presence of aluminum in patients' brains is merely a symptom of something going wrong with how their bodies are metabolizing it. |

Can't wait. Everyone with money is worrying about Alzheimer's. This will put them at ease.

Does anybody remember the 60 minutes episode from a few years back where they cure 19 people of Alzheimers, but a 20th died while in the treatment? They actually interviewed one of the people who described how terrible it was to never know what was going on.
I find it stupid that they would hold back a vaccine due to a 5% possible death rate. Its worse than death. Wouldnt you want a 95% chance to be cured? Its completely worth it for such a disease. |
