I agree that happiness is not measurable. You can't plan for it to happen at certain times. The party you put on your schedule may turn out to be a dud. Your friend may be in a bad mood when you meet for the coffee date.

However, yoginimama's practical advice is good common sense. I don't seem to have any common sense but that's my problem.

Happiness is (uh oh) subjective. It's no one's responsibility but your own.
