I like that I know what you mean!

I love that I (we) do have that ability to entertain ourselves by all our thoughts, advanced contingency plans that will likely never come close to being needed, and the fun and amusing hypothetical situations we can cook up.

The danger lies in being aware that we're grinning like idiots in a crowded room because something we just made up is absolutely hilarious.

Most? The awesomeness of course. Translation: the perception of value without need for external reinforcement.

Is this an INTJ thing? I do that all the time and my friends think it's strange...

I enjoy making extensive plans for the future.

I like being able to see things in a logical, non-objective way. The ablility to control one's emotions is also nice.

I like being able to figure out better ways to do things. Not that other types can't, but I kind of think NT's by nature are built to try to find better methods.

Has to be the fact that we can stand in a crowded room on our own while everyone else is talking and not feel bored or awkward, but instead feel intrigued.

The best part and also an Achilles heel - makes it hard to understand why others (ie, spouse) seek approval. In turn it's hard to give it. Although I find children to be the exception. Also gives us the aura of self-confidence.

I like being efficient. Although I can be a little too obsessed with it.

Not getting lost or relying on a GPS is nice!

The things I like most fall in line with what others have already mentioned: I like that I don't need people for entertainment (or for anything, really), that I almost always have a plan (which makes me responsible when it comes to money), and that I can't help but look at everything in an objective way (which prevents me from overreacting to situations).

I don't know how any of you would personally enjoy it. Arrogance is a major turn-off. What fuels your ego even more is the false idea that your points are valid and interesting. If that were the real case then go out and do something productive with your so called "awesome" world views. Not trying to hate. Just sayin'

I like being able to set goals and meet them just about every time. Once I've set a goal, the plans always seem to fall on place as a product of logic and not even my own mind.

I never stop thinking :D I am constantly thinking about so many things, e.g. best route to take to minimise time lost.

I never get bored. My mind is always somewhere.

Confidence and sense of self value. Although sometimes perceived as arrogance (I disagree), my confidence, determination and enthusiasm drives myself and others to get things done well. Furthermore, although this is often referred to as arrogance, I have never had trouble with self satisfaction. As an INTJ, the only satisfaction comes from myself. I need not have others' praise.

INTJs achieve the unexpected. Look at all the pioneers of civilisation in the past. A large percentage of them were INTJs (Bill Gates, Jesus Christ, General Hannibal to name a few). Similarly, I am able to impress people by achieving the unexpected. I love the look on their face when this happens

I like tearing down people in arguments with logic and reason. Watching the look in their face when they know they have no legitimate argument.

^ This. The world domination thing is pretty sweet, too.

Is it just me, or is it the quiet sense of superiority we have over incompetents? When I meet someone who has different or stronger skills than me, they have my instant respect. Everyone else is just a pawn.

I like being able to plan years of my life in my head and enjoy doing so - all in the time I have to spare after finishing an exam early.

It is hard to get bored when you can plan.

Ha ha...People think I'm different, an individual, also crazy...they ask how I came to be the way I am. Also what you mentioned.

The solid core.

I've known who I am since I was a kid. All the world's chaos can wash over me, the changes in relationships, the changes in circumstances, the ups, the downs but whatever happens, I'm still the me I was before the wave broke.

"This above all: to thine own self be true, And it must follow, as the night the day, thou canst not then be false to any man."

I learnt this years before I read any Shakespeare.
