An astute observation on the penultimate paragraph from another forum I read:

"Apparently the only context in which it's appropriate to say "vagina" is when a woman isn't around."

Which means it's never appropriate for a woman to say.

Makes sense, really, since women shouldn't concern themselves with science, anatomy, politics, or having rights.

Vote GOP for a woman in every kitchen and a sandwich on every plate!

There's no profit in that. If there was, I think you'd see more children going to better homes, and more quickly. If you have to pay (hypothetically) $20,000 for an infant, then you must really want it so you can care for it.

It's free to give one up. There's money in facilitating adoptions.

We're talking about the United States. This is similar to organ donation problem (wait-lists). If you can get a healthy donor to pony-up his kidney for $75,000, why not?

Put a dollar figure on your "disposable" body parts or children, and bill collectors will start putting liens on them.

It's already legal to sell your plasma (2x per week in my area which will net you around $200-$240 per month). Why aren't bill collectors forcing people to sell their plasma? Because hell, they're in the business of collecting debts and every little bit counts, right? Also, if you have a nice head of hair, you can sell your hair for wig making, which I believe can net a nice amount of money. Why aren't people being forced to do that? What if you have a rare blood type, like O-negative...You see where I'm going with this.

Because it's a rights violation. Just like when you try to make a legal claim on a woman's uterus.
