Sometimes your brain moves faster than your eyes, so you put words together where they shouldn't be. For instance, I looked at the philosophy forum today, and found this thread,

"Explain logic in the simplest terms possible, even if it's perilous"

which, upon further inspection, was actually a combination of "Explain logic in the simplest terms possible" and "Would you donate an organ, even if it it's perilous?"

Also acceptable: a thread name combined with a poster name; or two threads in differesome other forum on the main page.
