Are INTJs and INTPs introverted or extroverted thinkers? socionics, te, thinking, ti

From one source I have read that INTJs are extroverted thinkers and that INTPs are introverted thinkers. According to this page:

Socionics and MBTI are not the same system. They do not correlate directly so you are comparing apples and oranges. Most MBTI INTPs test as INTj in Socionics (both introverted thinking).

Here is a chart showing the poor correlation between Socionics descriptions and MBTI types.
