Are Ne users any good at long term planning? Just a curious thought that I'm too lazy to google for.

We can be sometimes. I'm not sure what the general rule is, but for me, if it's something important I map out each step in my head - ascribe a timeline to it - then set about methodically reaching the goals in order to reach it. Right now I'm in the middle of a 10 year project.
I tend to only do it for huge goals relating to my career. I can't do it very well at all when it comes to my personal life though. I think for Ne users it can be done, but the original long term planned was hatched through a process of Ne/Fi for ENFP's and carried out by Te for the longterm. |

What do you mean by good? Development, flexibility, commitment, comparison to the plans of others on merit of being interesting, efficient, effective, etc?
